ABOUT ME

I am a Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach. I am currently in my third year of a Bachelor of Counselling and hold a Diploma of Mental Health. I have experience working with neurodivergent people, including autistic children, and I value each person’s individuality, including their communication style, sensory needs, goals, and preferences.

I apply a strengths-based approach, focusing on possibilities while remaining realistic and practical. I also use a person-centred approach, recognising that every person is unique and has their own goals, preferences, experiences, and support needs.

I also bring lived understanding of navigating cultural differences and subtle forms of exclusion. These experiences have shaped the way I work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I aim to create safe spaces by being open-minded, reflective, and willing to learn from others.

I am motivated by the opportunity to support people in navigating complex systems that may feel overwhelming or difficult to access. My aim is to work alongside participants to reduce barriers, build understanding, and identify practical supports that make daily life feel more manageable in ways that are meaningful to them.

Outside of work and study, I enjoy Pilates and badminton. I have also recently started exploring mindfulness practice, and found myself enjoying the sound bath.

My primary availability is Monday to Wednesday. However, I aim to stay responsive, reliable, and flexible where possible to ensure continuity of support.
