ABOUT ME

I am a proud Barunggam, Waanyi, Kokobera and Wakka Wakka woman, with close family connections to Wiradjuri and Kuku-Yalnji Nations.

I have been a Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach with A Better Tomorrow Australia for 5 years and have 25 years of lived experience with complex psychosocial and physical disability, including my own mental health experiences and caring responsibilities from a young age.

My approach is participant-centred, holistic and grounded in respect, empathy and choice. I am passionate about inclusion, health, wellbeing and supporting people to have their voices heard.

I have a deep personal understanding of trauma and the impact it can have on a person’s wellbeing, confidence, wellbeing and daily life. I use this insight, alongside with my professional experience, to provide practical, person-led support.

I have worked across a diverse range of community, medical, corporate and charitable settings, supporting people experiencing significant vulnerability and complex circumstances. I am a staunch advocate for people who need support to speak up, be heard and access the services they need.

I also have extensive personal and professional experience navigating complex systems, including justice, mental health, housing, NDIS and Centrelink. I value clear communication, practical advocacy and collaborative support that helps people feel informed, supported and empowered.
